Class overview

Sunshine Preschool values the importance of play and social/emotional learning integrated with academic instruction. We will be learning the alphabet, numbers, shapes, and colors; but I believe strongly that preschool students shouldn’t be focused solely on academics as much as the social and foundational skills that create a “ready to learn” kindergartener. As a former kindergarten teacher, I will focus on the skills that are most important for students to be ready to start kindergarten.
